Want to Send a Distribution List that You have Created?

Wouldn’t it be great to share more than one contact’s information with others with the speed of sending only one?

Step by Step

  1. Open a new mail message. Click on Insert on the menu bar and select Item.
  2. From the Look In list, select the Contact folder.
  3. Select the distribution list that you would like to send.
  4. Ensure that attach is selected on the right hand side of the screen and and click OK.
